TOPIC: EMBRACING GOD’S PROMISE FOR ENLARGEMENT

OPENING PRAYER

Father, we Thank You, we appreciate You, we adore You, we Reference You, we Magnify You.

Thank You for what You have been doing in our midst since the beginning of this Program – We can’t take you for granted because we don’t want to be Grounded in Life.

Father, be Exalted in the Name of Jesus.

King of Glory, as I go into Your Words, speak through me in the Name of Jesus.

On this Holy Altar, let Man of God disappear and let the God of Man appears in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Let every arm of flesh disappear and let the God of all flesh appear.

Let Man be reduced and let God alone be Exalted in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Whatever is not in your Intention, let it not be found in my Expressions in the Name of Jesus.

Let there be an Agreement between your Mind and my mouth in the Name of Jesus.

Thank You King of Glory, Thank You our Precious Redeemer.

For I Pray in Jesus Name – Amen.

And a Living Soul will say a “Believing Amen” – Amen!

Now this Morning, we are going to do something very quickly.

And we are going to say it very loud and echo it – That God will bless Mummy and Daddy GO. They have been very wonderful Parents.

That you are here – Those who come from distant and near; and that you have a Place to Sleep and food to eat; it is the handwork of our Parents-In-The-Lord.

Anywhere you are – I want you to Celebrate God in the Life of our father and mother in the Lord.

Say: Wherever Daddy and Mummy are right now; God will bless them.

Now this Morning, I’m asked to speak on the Topic – “EMBRACING GOD’S PROMISE FOR ENLARGEMENT”.

That means that something can be offered and you refused to accept the Offer.

To “Embrace” means: To accept or to acknowledge”

An Offer is not an Offer until it is accepted.

So, that means that Enlargement is an Offer from the Most High God!

It takes a Man that embraces it to become enlarged in Life.

I am going to Show you few things in the Scriptures and then we move on.

In Psalms 115:14 – It says: The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

… That is the Lord speaking to your Life.

Proverbs 4:18 says: But the Path of the Just is as the Shinning Light, that Shineth more and more unto the Perfect Day.

Isaiah 54: 2-3 says:

2. Enlarge the Place of thy Tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine Habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;

3. For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy Seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate Cities to be inhabited.

… A Man that embraces can never be held down.

Show me a Man of Slackness, I will show you a Man of Lack.

Job 8:7 says: Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly Increase.

… These are the ways and Promises of God for our Life.

Let me tell you something – Prophesies, or Pronouncements or Promises can bring something into Existence but Process will bring it to Reality.

There are lots of “Unfulfilled Prophesies” in the Life of many People because they didn’t go through the Process that will make the Prophesy come to Past.

Prophesy without Process will never allow you to eat the Proceeds of that Prophesy.

So, Process is as important as Prophesies/Promises/Pronouncements.

You work Promises to Realiity – Embracing Enlargement.

It is not enough for God to just Promise you that He will Enlarge you; but you will have to work it to Reality.

As a matter of fact, your Life is a Product of God’s Decision and it is a Product of God’s work.

In Genesis 1: 26-28; the Bible says:

Genesis 1: 26-28

26. And God said, Let us make man in our Image, after our Likeness: and let them have Dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the Earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the Earth.

27. So God created Man in His Own Image, in the Image of God created He him; Male and Female created He them.

28. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be Fruitful, and Multiply, and Replenish the Earth, and Subdue it: and have Dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth.

Do you know what happened in Genesis 1:26 – God called Man in existence. Then He brought what He Called into Existence in Genesis 1:26 to Reality in Genesis 2:7.

In Genesis 2:7; the Bible says: And God formed the Man out of the dust of the Ground and breadth into the Nostrils of Man and Man became a Living Soul.

You ask me – Where is the Man of God created in Genesis 1:26? Why Genesis 2:7 again?

In Genesis 1:26, God called Man into Existence but it was the Process that brought Man into Reality – And God formed Man.

That which existed in the realm of the Spirit, Process brought it into the realm of Reality.

So what am I saying – If you are to Enlarge, you must embrace the Promises of Enlargement and you must work it into Reality.

If you wait, then you will Waste!

God did not only call Man into existence, He also work Man into existence.

You are a Product of God’s work – The Bible says: And God formed Man.

The Personality of God was transferred to Man at Creation – And God breadth into the Nostrils of Man and Man became a Living Soul.

… The Breadth, which is the “Very Life” of God was transferred to Man at Creation.

Wishing without working, will amount to Wasting without knowing!

Meaning that if you wish to Enlarge and you are not working it out, it will amount to Wasting without knowing!

This God cannot reproduce a “Small You” – It is the cooperation between the Divinity and the Humanity that will give birth to the “Ultimate Enlargement”.

What are the Steps that you must take to Embrace the Promises of Enlargement?

In 2 Kings 6: 1-7:

1. And the Sons of the Prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the Place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us.

2. Let us go, we Pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a Place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.

3. And one said, Be content, I Pray thee, and go with thy Servants. And he answered, I will go.

4. So he went with them. And when they came to Jordan, they cut down wood.

5. But as one was felling a beam, the ax head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, Master! for it was borrowed.

6. And the Man of God said, Where fell it? And he showed him the Place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.

7. Therefore said he, Take it up to thee. And he put out his hand, and took it.

1. The first Step to Embrace Enlargement is to have the Ability to have the “Correct Picture” of your Present State.

The Highest Level of Deception is “Self Deception”.

In Verse 1, the Sons of the Prophets said that where we are is “Too Small” – And the Sons of the Prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the Place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us.

… They saw Smallness of where they dwell.

Until you see that you are not at your Best yet, you will never be getting better in Life – You must know that you are not at your Best.

If you think that you are already at your Best, then there will be Nothing to Enlarge in you.

You must see the Smallness of who you are and where you are before you can see the Need for Enlargement in your Life.

Don’t Settle for the Less, don’t rest on your oars – If you rest before your Best, you can be laid to Rest.

Where you are is just a Passage and it is not your Destination.

Your Present Condition can never be your Conclusion as you are going somewhere to happen – Don’t “Give Up” before you “Get Up”.

Success is not a Destination but a Journey.

Heaven is such a Big Place but it cannot contain God and so He made the whole Earth His Footstool.

But as “Big” as this God is, He wrapped up Himself and put Himself into your Life – As Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world,

That is for you to know that the Best of you is yet to come because the One that is Inside of you is Greater than you that the People are seeing Outside.

I Pray that as many of you that are under the Sound of my Voice or reading now on the Label of DMC; the “Real You” will come out today – Amen!

What makes you “You” is not “You” that I’m touchijg; but He that is in you!

And what is in you is not defined by the Outer Part of you.

1 Corinthians 2:9 says: But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

You can be bigger and better than what you are now.

If you are not getting better, your Life will get bitter.

Show me a Man that is bitter, it is a Man that is not getting bigger and better.

You can’t be doing well in Life and dwell in the Pool of Sorrow.

It is your Level of Insight that will determine your “Ultimate Size” in Life.

Can you see where you are now viz-a-viz where you should be?

Until you see it, you will not seek it, until you seek it, you will never find it – He that seeks, finds it.

At your Present Highest Level of Attainment, your Best in Christ is still yet to come. There is a Level higher than the highest Possible Level that God still wants to take you.

We should let go of our Best Status and head for Enlargement.

There is still more to what you are doing now with our Destiny.

There is still more of Him that is yet to be revealed in us – The world is waiting to see a “Bigger You” an Enlarged Part of you. And so, you should let go of your Past Exploits and go for Higher Happpenings.

There is still more to what you have done so far.

We are yet to become all that we should become; neither are we where we should be in Christ – We are not there yet and there is more Grounds to break.

And until you are there; Nobody will call you “My Dear”.

There is more Glory to be Released to you – We need to Increase our Capacity to carry the Weight of Glory that will be revealed to us.

Let us contest for our Place in Christ

Complacency is the Greatest hindrance to Enlargement in Life.

2. The Second Step to Embrace Enlargement is to be a Decision Taker.

Your Life is a Product of God’s Decision.

What God said in Genesis 1:26; is a Statement of God’s Decision.

And what you will become in Life is a reflection of your own Decision.

The extent to which you will go in Life will be a reflection of your own Decision!

In 2 Kings 6:2 – Let us go, we Pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a Place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.

Many of you operate in the Book of Lamentation, when others are operating in the Book of Songs of Solomon.

You can blame a Man for throwing you in the Pit; you cannot blame a Man for remaining in the Pit.

If they say No to you, say Yes to yourself.

It is not what Man calls you that is your name but what you called yourself.

It is not the way they see you that determines how you appear; it is the way you see yourself that determines the way you appear.

So in the course of this Convention, be a Decision Taker.

Hear me – Great Meeting does not make a Great Man; it is Great Decisions that makes a Man.

You can go to the Biggest Programme of your Life and remain small till you die.

The Link between your Invitation and your Action is your Decision.

Enlargements is not a Function of the Options available but rather a Function of the Decision you make with your Life.

Life will never give you what you deserve but will give you what you decide.

What you don’t decide, you don’t deserve – You can’t Enlarge by Chance but by Choice.

Show me a Man of Decision and I will show you a Man of Destination in Life.

What distinguishes you is not Decision based on Limitations but Decisions based on Conviction as orchestrated by the Holy Spirit.

Many of you are not Products of our Personal Decision but based on Conviction as orchestrated by the Holy Spirit – Most Decisions are based on Conviction, which is based on Limitation.

I. Ruth took a Decision and Enlarged.

Who would have said that a Moabite can become the Great Great Grandmother of our Messiah?

Remember that two of them were the Daughter-in-law – Naomi called both of them and gave some Analysis that Paralysed the other one.

Too much of Analysis will lead to Paralysis.

By the time Naomi was through with the Analysis, the other Daughter-in-law went back.

What is Determination?

Determination is the quality you show when you have decided to do a thing and Nothing is Strong enough to make you to Change your Mind,

II. The Prayer of Elisha for Double Portion was based on his quest for Enlargement.

Hear me very well – God spoke to Elijah to go and anoint Elisha his Successor. But do you know that it was not what God told Elijah that Produced Elisha?

It was the desire of Elisha that Produced Elisha as a Prophet to take over from Elijah.

God asked Elijah to anoint Elisha. But there, there was no conversation between Elisha and Elijah.

Until Elishw took a Decision – That Heavenly Pronouncement and Proohesy was never activated.

Elijah did not ask Elisha what he wanted when he was going to Bethel, and Jericho. But it was when he had crossed Jordan.

Why? Having crossed Jordan, it was a Jorney of “No Return”.

Until you Crossed your Jordan, you are not qualified for Enlargement.

Every day of our Life is an opportunity to Enlarge – That is why the Bible says that He daily loads us with Heavenly Blessings (Psalms 68:19).

And the Path of the Righteous is like Shinniny Light; getting Brighter everyday (Proverbs 4:18).

You are not Permitted to have a “Better Yesterday” according to the Plans of God for your Life.

But if you are not Embracing Enlargement, your Yesterday can be better than today.

III. Joseph at the highest level of Attainment in Life, came to realised that he has not made it until he gets to the Promised Land.

How can a Man who is a Prime Minister – An Office that Nobody has never occupied, still have vacuum on him?

Many of you get swelled up just with “Little Achievement”.

Joseph was already there but he was still thinking that Canaan Land is still missing in his Life and that he can still do better.

No wonder when he wanted to die, he said: God will surely visit you (Genesis 50:24).

But by the time God visits you and take you to that Land as Promised – That Territory of Enlargement; exumed my body.

If I cannot get there alive, then my body must enter the Promised Land.

3. The third step to Embrace Enlargement is to be a Risk Taker.

It is risky not to take risk.

2 Kings 6:2 says: Let us go, we Pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a Place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.

Going to Jordan to cut wood is a “Big Risk” because it is the deepest River in the Land.

Dare the Undesirable, confront the Uncomfortable; for you to be Enlarged in Life.

If you don’t take risks, you will remain the way you are.

Daddy GO took risks and Produced the Redemption City of God.

4. The fourth step to Embrace Enlargement is that you must be a Man that Set God for Enlargement.

If you don’t have a Pursuit in Life, everything will Pursue you!

A Man of Pursuit cannot be Pursued because he himself is Pursuing something.

If you don’t have a God, you will become a Goat constituting nuisance to your Environment.

Hear me: Great Men are not seen everywhere but their name is everywhere close to where Great Things are made.

5. The fifth step to Embrace Enlargement is to have the Mindset of Sacrifice.

Heroes are made from the horrors of Sacrifice!

In Genesis 22: 9-10 – Isaac released himself for Sacrifice.

He asked his father for the Lamb for Sacrifice and the father said that the Lord shall Provide.

They got to the Place of Sacrifice, Isaac was asked to lie down – He could have refused but he released himself on the Altar of Sacrifice.

It is an horror for a Man to be laid bare on an Altar and still released himself.

The Bible says in Genesis 26:13 that Isaac became rich.

For you to Enlarge, you must have a Mindset of Sacrifice and Mindset of accepting Responsibility.

If you don’t accept Responsibility, then you will become a Liability and shifting the blame of your misfortunes to others.

The same Nigeria that some People are complaining, some People are emerging daily and breaking New Grounds.

There is no Scarcity of work but Scarcity of job.

– Job is what you are doing for others while work is what you are doing for yourself.

– You get Paid for job but get fulfilment by working.

Life will not give you what you desired if you don’t Place a Demand.

Those who are giving Excuses will be excused from Greatness.

John the Baptist carried the Spirit of Elijah but died as Nobody because he could not respond to the God-Given Power that he carries!

As I close: If you must Enlarge: “BREAK AWAY FROM TRADITION“.

Don’t allow your Tradition to Capture your Mind and Rupture your Future!

1. Peter could have done Greater Exploits for God but he never embraced Enlargement – He maintained the status quo.

He was driven by Tradition and low and behold, all he could write in the Bible was 1st Peter, 2nd Peter and 3rd Peter.

In Acts 10: 9-16; Peter went to Pray in the sixth hour, he was hungry and would have eaten but while they made ready he fell into a trance.

Heaven was opened upon Peter and a certain Vessel with a great sheet knit came from Heaven containing all manners of fourfooted beasts of the Earth and wild beasts and creeping things and fouls of the air (Repiles and Forbidden Animals).

And there came a voice from Heaven saying: Peter, rise, kill and eat.

By every Standards, God needed not to Specifically mentioned his name but God knew that if he was not Specific enough, Peter may mistake the instruction for another Person.

And in Verse 14, Peter said: “Not so Lord” – This is a Polite insult on God.

When God was talking from the Book of the New Testament, Peter was still operating from the Old Testament.

He said: “Not so Lord”. I have never eaten any thing that is Common or Unclean.

And the Word came to him the second time – What God hath Cleansed, that call not thou Common or Unclean.

The Word also came the third time.

And the Vessel was received up again into Heaven – And the Heavens closed upon Peter.

Open Heaven to a Man given to Tradition is a Waste.

If you don’t Upgrade your Mindset, you will be Outdated and Downgraded in Life.

Some People have a Global Calling but operate with a Local Mentality because of Tradition.

I. The Books of the Bible written by Paul could have been written by Peter; but Tradition limited him to Jerusalem.

II. The Ministry of Paul could not have been necessary if Peter had obeyed Heavenly Instructions but he disobeyed based on Tradition.

Note that Tradition can truncate the Plan of God for your Enlargement!

If you are given to “Status Quo” – As it was done Yesterday, so it is Today; you will never make any Difference in Life.

You must not be a Traditionalist but a Transformationalist-Inclined.

For you to Enlarge, you must not be living with “Hope Mentality” but you must Upgrade and Update your Mind.

You must be Current or else your Destiny can never be Correct.

You must see what Heaven is seeing and say what Heaven is saying,

2. In Genesis 49: 2-4 says:

2. Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father.

3. Reuben, thou art my firstborn, my Might, and the beginning of my Strength, the Excellency of Dignity, and the Excellency of Power:

4. Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father’s bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch.

According to the Plan of God, Ruben was the first born and supposed to be the first in the Making – Excellency, Power and Dignity.

Meaning that out of his loins are to come Kings and Priests in addition to the Glory of the first born.

But Tradition truncated his Destiny – The Bible says this God’s Plan was removed.

In Verse 4 – Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father’s bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch.

You ask me – Who was the Person he committed Adultery with?

It was with his father’s Concubine.

The Yoruba People will say – The Path the father took, that is where he (the son) is taking also.

Culture is a way of Life – It moves from one Generation to another and thus become a Tradition.

And the Glory of the first born was given to Joseph.

The Glory of Kingship was given to Judah.

The Glory of Priesthood was given to Levi.

In his Lifetime, he was reduced from Hero to Zero.

Why? Because of the Culture and Tradition of sin.

I. Many of you nowadays are going in the way your father went and so you will never be Greater than your father.

Hear me – If you are not Better and Greater than your father, then you are a Failure.

Daddy GO used to Pray for all of us that we should be Greater than him – It is because he knew that if you go less than the Level he was, then you are a Failure.

The Bible says that the Glory of the Latter shall be Greater than the Former.

If you are not Greater than your Parents, then you are a Failure in Life.

Rise on your feet:

Tradition may not make you Embrace Enlargement.

What are those things common to your father that you are Embracing?

The errors committed based on Tradition was committed forty (40) years before the Day of Pronouncement.

And for that forty (40) years, he was living differently as if he is the King of tomorrow.

Unknown to him, his Future has disappeared before the Future even in the Future.

And on the Day that mattered, the Book of Remembrance was opened and he never amount to anything in Life,

The Tradition of this Age:

– If you don’t have a Girlfriend or “Taste” of a Lady, then you don’t know the Stuff she is made off.

– Tradition of sin, Adultery, Fornication, Pornography, Oral Sex, and Nonsensical Things.

And all of us are Embracing the Future that does not give Glory to God.

 

ALTAR CALL

You are here this Morning or reading now on the Label of DMC – And you know that you have messed up.

There is a Mercy that can clear all your Mess.

I’m not here today to excite you but to Ignite you.

Don’t allow your Erection to determine your Direction.

If you allow your Erection to determine your Direction, you will never get to your Destination in Life.

For a Lifetime Enlargement, you must let your Head be Correct and be ready to Embrace the Enlargement.

Offer is not Complete until there is an Acceptance.

What are you going to do with the Gift of Jesus Christ in your Life.

You can be in Church and not be in Christ.

You can be Part of the crowd and never make a Difference in Life.

“SIN” will make you to be “Success In Nothing”.

“SIN” will make you to sink and you will never be seen in the scene of Life.

“SIN” will make your Destiny to fizzy out.

The Bible says that if you confess your sin and renounce it, He is Faithful to forgive and Purify you,

Yours is to confess and His own is to forgive.

Yours is to renounce, and His own is to Cleanse.

Mention your sins to your Maker – Those Particular areas that you have messed up.

In Jesus Name we Pray!

 

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

King of Glory, we Thank You this Morning in the lives of Your Children who has seen the need to confess and renounce their sins and accept you as their Personal Lord and Saviour.

It is their duty to confess the sin; Father it is Your duty to forgive.

It is their duty to renounce the sin; it is Your duty to Cleanse them from every forms of Filthiness.

As they have confessed and renounced it, let that sin die on this Altar,

Your Children has spoken this Morning before Your Holy Altar – Let us therefore come boldly to the Throne of Grace and find Mercy to help in times of Need.

They are here before the Throne of Grace Father, Please show them Mercy – Mercy that Clear every mess; release it upon them in Jesus Name.

I Pray for everyone under the Sound of my Voice – Grace that conquers sin; not the Grace some People carry about to condone sin; that will help you in times of Need, receive the Grace,

You will never go back to your vomit in the Name of Jesus.

He that is able to keep you from falling will keep you in the Mighty Name of Jesus,

Grace to live above sin.

Receive it in the Name of God the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Thank You King of Glory.

For I Pray in Jesus Name – Amen!

CLOSING PRAYER

I Pray for everyone under the Sound of my Voice this Morning or reading now on the Label of DMC – Grace to Embrace Enlargement, receive it in the Name of Jesus.

Every Distractions over your Life shall be discarded in the Name of Jesus.

Grace to remain for You – Never to be “Full” of myself because if you are “Full” of yourself, you will become a “Fool”.

I Pray for you – Grace that will not make you to be Full of yourself, but to Embrace Enlargement; receive that Grace in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

I declare your Territories Enlarged.

And the Bible says God give Solomon an Enlarged Heart – I Pray for you, God will Enlarge your Heart to Embrace Enlargement.

As we continue in this RCCG IYC Convention 2023, all that God has Ordained for you shall be available for you in the Name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
