Day 4 – Personal / Individual Prayer
RESILIENCE
Pray that you will remain resilient through every hard trial, affliction and extended seasons of pain. You will not waver or wear out physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Instead you will become stronger and better.
James 1: 2 – 4
My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Hebrews 12: 11
Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
P.U.S.H. Day 4 Thursday, March 18th – Personal Individual Prayer
LONG SUFFERING:
Pray that through seasons of pain and trials, your life will bear and show forth the fruit of the Holy Spirit in love, joy, peace and longsuffering.
Galatians 5: 22
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith.
Colossians 1: 11
Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness.
Insist that your pain will provoke you into the purposes of God for your life and serve as crucible for God’s power and glory to be made manifest in your life. Declare that you come out of your trials with strength of faith, character, virtue and power; ready to reign in life.
Romans 5: 3 – 5
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance, and perseverance, character; and character, hope, Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Hebrews 12: 2
Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
PATIENCE:
Pray for patience to wait and to hold on in faith until your change comes.
Job 14: 14
If a man die, shall he live again? All the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.
Psalm 27: 14
Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart. Wait, I say, on the Lord.
Insist that despite the many challenges and obstacles that militate against God’s promises to you, you will not quit nor give up. Instead, you will remain strong in faith as you patiently wait to obtain the promise.
Hebrews 6: 12, 15
That ye be not slothful, but followers of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
