The portion of this Scripture that speaks of the true knowledge of God is referring to the Word of God. God’s Word is true knowledge of Him and His ways and character.
According to the Scriptures, Satan seeks to build strongholds in our minds. Strongholds are lies that are believed. A person who believes a lie is deceived. When an individual believes that wrong is right, he has fallen into deception. Satan works through deception, but the knowledge of the Word is the believer’s defense and victory.
No person will ever live a truly victorious life without being a sincere student of the Word of Almighty God.
