Our Mandate for ministry was received from the LORD Himself, in an 18 hour vision.
This was the Divine mandate received from the LORD:
“The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith, and I am sending you to undertake this task.”
Today, testimonies of liberation through our messages, books, tapes, magazines and other periodicals are most humbling. The word of faith is working like fire for the liberation of mankind across the nations.

When the Mandate was delivered in 1981, I saw it mainly as an outreach ministry, because at that time, church planting was not considered relevant. We were more concerned about believing God for revival in the existing churches. Also, when the Mandate was delivered, a church wasn’t particularly mentioned.

I believe, the last phase of Operation Take Your Territory for Christ 2018, tagged, Operation by All Means, shall speak louder than ever in this Commission, resulting in the kind of growth that we have never seen nor heard of in this Commission till date. At the same time, there shall be New Dawn order of turnaround testimonies in the lives of every engaging Winner, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. But what is the Lord saying for the month of September 2018?
We discover from scriptures, that behind every sickness and disease is the spirit of infirmity. The spirit of infirmity here, is literarily interpreted as the spirit of sickness – Luk. 13:11-13 What can we do to continuously hear from God? Bishop Oyedepo
This is further validated as we saw how Jesus gave His disciples power and authority over all devils and to cure all diseases – Lk. 9:1-2

That is, behind every affliction of sickness and disease is the wickedness of the devil at work. As it is written: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” – Acts 10:38 September 2018 Prophetic Focus Winners’ Chapel Church
Truly, as far as sickness is concerned, we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places – Eph. 6:12
But thank God, the Word of God is the light that shatters all forms of darkness and delivers supernatural triumph to us. As we all know, the dominion of light over darkness is instant and unquestionable – Psa. 119:130/ Job. 33:21-25/ Jn. 1:1-5/9
God’s Word is indeed the balm in Gilead for the cure of all manner of sicknesses and all manner of diseases – Jer. 8:20-22/ Ps. 107:20/ Luk. 5:17
Furthermore, as we meet with Jesus Christ, the Great Physician this month and understand His great prescriptions as contained in the scriptures, everyone of us is sure to take full delivery of our New Dawn total health package this month that will last us for our lifetime – Matt. 9:12-13/ Job 33:21-25/ Pro. 4:20-22
Therefore, the prophetic focus for the month of September 2018 is:
I WILL RESTORE HEALTH UNTO YOU – Jer. 30:17
By the grace of God, every Winner shall experience the reality of total liberty from every harassment of sickness and disease for life. It shall be a month of total restoration of health indeed for everyone of us. Amen and amen.
