# RULERSHIP: THE ETERNAL MANDATE

Beloved, until you understand **RULERSHIP**, you will keep begging the devil for what already belongs to you by divine decree!
### 1. WHAT IS RULERSHIP?
Rulership is not a title. It is not a position.
**Rulership is the legal and spiritual authority to enforce God’s will in any territory assigned to you.**
– Adam did not pray for dominion – it was **bestowed** at creation.
– Jesus did not negotiate with demons – He **exercised** dominion (Luke 10:19).
– You are not a victim on earth; you are a **king in exile** until you wake up!
> **Declaration:** “I am not a beggar in the kingdom! I am a king with a crown, a scepter, and a territory!”
### 2. THREE DIMENSIONS OF RULERSHIP
Apostle Selman teaches that true dominion operates on **three levels**:
#### A. **Spiritual Rulership** – Dominion over Satan & demonic altars
– Every unbroken altar in your father’s house is a throne the devil sits on.
– You don’t beg witches; you **dethrone** them by the blood and fire!
– **Prayer of Fire:**
*“Any altar speaking against my destiny, catch fire now! Any witch drinking my blood, vomit it and die by fire! In the name of Jesus!”*
#### B. **Mental Rulership** – Dominion over mindsets & limitations
– Poverty is first a mindset before it becomes a balance.
– Fear is a spirit, but **ignorance** is the altar that keeps it alive.
– Renew your mind daily:
→ Speak Philippians 4:19 over your finances every morning.
→ Declare Psalm 27:1 before every meeting.
→ Cancel every negative confession instantly!
#### C. **Territorial Rulership** – Dominion in your sphere of influence
– Your workplace is not just a job – it is a **kingdom embassy**.
– Your marriage is not just a union – it is a **kingdom territory**.
– Your business is not just profit – it is a **platform for divine agenda**.
> **Case Study:** Joseph ruled Egypt from prison because he carried dominion consciousness!
### 3. THE WEAPONS OF RULERSHIP
Apostle Selman releases **seven kingdom keys** to enforce dominion:

### 4. THE POSTURE OF A RULER
– Kings don’t beg – they **decree**.
– Kings don’t explain defeat – they **enforce victory**.
– Kings don’t tolerate nonsense – they **legislate righteousness**.
> **Midnight Decree (Pray this for 7 nights):**
*“In the name of Jesus, I take dominion over my 2025! Every power assigned to delay me, scatter! Every gate of brass blocking my breakthrough, break now! I rule over sickness, poverty, stagnation, and demonic oppression! This is my season of undeniable rulership! So shall it be!”*
### 5. THE PRICE OF RULERSHIP
Apostle Selman warns:
“Many believers want the crown without the crucifixion.”
– Daniel paid with **prayer and fasting**.
– Esther paid with **risk and sacrifice**.
– Jesus paid with **the cross**.
