SCRIPTURE: There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand. Proverbs 19:21
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The Word of God is more than able to handle the imaginations, orchestrations, permutations and machinations of men.
From our anchor scripture, it is established that even though man has many devices in his heart, it is the counsel of the Lord that shall stand. It does not matter the kind of confrontations, challenges, or economic situation in the land; only the counsel of the Lord shall stand.
From our anchor scripture, ‘devices’ mean imaginations, orchestrations, and satanic calculations in the heart of men. And to devise, in this context, means the gathering of equipment, devices, machines, tools and weapons of war by the hearts of men.
What then, is the meaning of counsel?
1. It is the Word of God: The Word of God is heavier than the weapons of men. It is more than able to handle the imaginations, orchestrations, permutations and machinations of men.
2. It is the Purpose of God: It is only what God has ordained that shall stand. It does not matter what people wish or what the devil has calculated against your life and your family, it is only what God has purposed and designed concerning your life that shall stand.
Beloved, in your life and family, only the counsel of the Lord shall stand in Jesus’ Name.
REMEMBER THIS: The Word of God is more than able to handle the imaginations, orchestrations, permutations and machinations of men.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Make demands on the counsel of God to stand in your life today.
2. Search the Scripture daily to locate the counsel of God for your life.
PRAYER: O Lord, I decree that only Your counsel shall stand in my life in Jesus’ Name.

THEME: LE CONSEIL DU SEIGNEUR S’ACCOMPLIRA
LES SAINTES ECRITURES: Il y a dans le cœur de l’homme beaucoup de projets, mais c’est le dessein de l’Éternel qui s’accomplit. Proverbes 19:21
PENSÉE DU JOUR: La Parole de Dieu est plus que capable de gérer les imaginations, les orchestrations et les complots des hommes.
A partir de notre verset d’ancrage, il est établi que, quand bien-même un homme aurait de nombreux projets dans son cœur, c’est le dessein du Seigneur qui s’accomplira. Peu importe le genre de confrontations, de défis ou de crise économique dans un pays; seul le Conseil du Seigneur s’accomplira.
A partir de notre passage biblique, les «projets» dont il est question dans ce verset, signifient les imaginations, les orchestrations et les calculs sataniques dans le cœur des hommes. Et l’expression « il y a dans le cœur … », dans ce contexte, signifie que c’est dans le cœur de l’homme que se conçoivent les guerres, les stratégies et toute l’artillerie de guerre.
Que signifie donc le mot « dessein » ?
1. Le dessein, c’est la Parole de Dieu: La Parole de Dieu est plus lourde de conséquences que les armes des hommes. Elle est plus que capable de gérer les imaginations, les orchestrations et les complots des hommes.
2. Le dessein, c’est le plan de Dieu: C’est seulement ce que Dieu a ordonné qui subsistera. Peu importe ce que les gens veulent ou ce que le diable a planifié contre vous et votre famille, ce n’est que ce que Dieu a prévu et conçu concernant votre vie, qui s’accomplira.
Bien-aimés, dans votre vie et dans votre famille, seul le dessein du Seigneur s’accomplira, au Nom de Jésus.
Rappelez-vous ceci: La Parole de Dieu est plus que capable de gérer les imaginations, les orchestrations et les complots des hommes.
DEVOIRS
1. Demandez à Dieu de faire subsister Son dessein dans votre vie aujourd’hui.
2. Sondez les Saintes Ecritures chaque jour, pour découvrir le dessein de Dieu pour votre vie.
PRIÈRE: Seigneur, je décrète que seul Ton dessein s’accomplira dans ma vie, au Nom de Jésus.
