## PART TWO: COMMENTARY FOR THE DAY
### Introduction: The Foundation of Mercy
As the 6th anniversary celebration continues, Pastor Jerry Eze directs our attention to the foundation upon which every miracle rests: **MERCY**. Wonders, perfection, and completion are not earned by human effort or power. They are received by mercy. This is Mercy Wednesday—a day to fall at the feet of El-Roi and cry for the tender mercies that alone can bring the breakthroughs we seek.
The declaration is clear: **”It cannot be by your power or effort. Only mercy.”** This echoes the words of Zechariah 4:6: *”Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.”* Our striving cannot produce what only grace can give. Our labor cannot manufacture what only mercy can release.
### The Scripture Foundation: Psalm 145:9
*”The Lord is good to all: and His tender mercies are over all His works.”*
This verse reveals two truths about mercy:
**Mercy is universal** – “The Lord is good to all.” No one is excluded. No one is beyond the reach of His compassion.
**Mercy is comprehensive** – “His tender mercies are over all His works.” Everything God does is covered by mercy. His creation, His redemption, His provision—all flow from His tender mercies.
### The Nine Mercies for Wednesday
**1. MERCY For A Turnaround**
Turnaround means reversal. What is going down begins to go up. What is failing begins to flourish. This mercy changes your direction for good.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, turn my situation around. Let what is going down go up. Let what is failing flourish.
**2. MERCY For An Outpouring**
Outpouring speaks of abundance, overflow, excess. This mercy releases a flood of blessing that cannot be contained.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, pour out blessing upon me. Let there be overflow, abundance, and excess.
**3. MERCY For Healing & Deliverance**
Healing for the body, deliverance for the soul. This mercy touches every area of affliction and bondage.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, heal my body and deliver my soul. Let every sickness bow and every chain break.
**4. MERCY That Wipes Away Bitter Tears**
Bitter tears are the evidence of deep pain—loss, disappointment, betrayal, heartbreak. This mercy does not just dry the tears; it wipes them away completely.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, wipe away every bitter tear from my eyes. Heal the wounds that produce them.
**5. MERCY That Resurrects**
Resurrection brings life to what is dead. Dead dreams, dead finances, dead relationships, dead hopes—all brought back to life by mercy.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, resurrect every dead thing in my life. Let what is buried come back to life.
**6. MERCY That Pushes Forward**
Push forward speaks of momentum, progress, advancement. This mercy propels you beyond stagnation and delay.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, push me forward. Let me not remain stuck; let me advance.
**7. MERCY That Reverses Every Evil Journey**
Evil journeys are paths of destruction, wrong directions, demonic assignments. This mercy reverses them entirely.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, reverse every evil journey assigned to my destiny. Let every wrong path be corrected.
**8. MERCY That Elevates**
Elevation is being raised to a higher level. This mercy lifts you from where you are to where you need to be.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, elevate me. Lift me to new levels of influence and impact.
**9. MERCY That Accelerates**
Acceleration is speed—divine quickening, supernatural pace. This mercy compresses time and speeds up processes.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, accelerate my progress. Let what should take years happen in days.

## PART THREE: PROPHETIC INSTRUCTIONS
**1. Covenant Week Of Fasting and Prayer (6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday)**
Continue in the fast. This is a week of consecration, setting aside your own appetite to seek God’s presence. Fasting positions you to receive mercy.
**2. Record A BEFORE & An AFTER video testimony**
Record yourself now, describing where you are. Then record yourself describing where you desire to be. When mercy manifests, you will have a visual record of God’s faithfulness.
**3. Bring your Congratulations Note**
Write a letter to yourself as if your biggest victory has already happened. Congratulate yourself. Celebrate in advance. This is faith declaring what mercy will bring.
**4. Send Your Six Priority prayer points to: nsppdat6@streamsofjoy.org**
Submit your six most urgent prayer requests to the corporate altar. Let them be covered by the collective faith of the NSPPD family.
**5. You cannot afford to be alone in this season**
Celebration is meant to be shared. Bring your friends and family along. Let them be part of your testimony.

### Prayer for Wonders by Mercy
Father, I receive WONDERS BY MERCY. I do not deserve wonders; I cannot earn them. But by Your mercy, let wonders manifest in my life. Let miracles that defy explanation be my portion.
I do not ask by my merit; I ask by Your mercy.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Perfection by Mercy
Father, I receive PERFECTION BY MERCY. Bring every area of my life to maturity, to wholeness, to completeness. Let what is imperfect be perfected. Let what is incomplete be completed.
Not by my striving, but by Your mercy.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Completion by El-Roi’s Tender Mercies
Father, I receive COMPLETION BY YOUR TENDER MERCIES. Let what was started be finished. Let what was pending be concluded. Let what was delayed be delivered.
Your tender mercies are over all Your works. Let them be over mine.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy For A Turnaround
Father, by Your mercy, turn my situation around. Let what is going down go up. Let what is failing flourish. Let what is dying come back to life.
Turn my mourning into dancing. Turn my sorrow into joy. Turn my loss into gain.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy For An Outpouring
Father, by Your mercy, pour out blessing upon me. Let there be overflow, abundance, and excess. Let there be more than enough. Let there be so much that I cannot contain it.
Pour out until I say, “It is enough.”
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy For Healing & Deliverance
Father, by Your mercy, heal my body. Let every sickness bow. Let every disease depart. Let every pain cease.
By Your mercy, deliver my soul. Let every chain break. Let every bondage be shattered. Let every captivity be ended.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy That Wipes Away Bitter Tears
Father, by Your mercy, wipe away every bitter tear from my eyes. Heal the wounds of the past. Restore the losses that caused my pain. Let joy replace sorrow.
Let me weep no more. Let me laugh again.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy That Resurrects
Father, by Your mercy, resurrect every dead thing in my life. Dead dreams, come back to life. Dead finances, come back to life. Dead relationships, come back to life. Dead hopes, come back to life.
Let resurrection power flow through every dead area.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy That Pushes Forward
Father, by Your mercy, push me forward. Let me not remain stuck in the same place. Let me not circle the same mountain. Let me advance. Let me progress. Let me move forward.
Push me past every barrier, every obstacle, every limitation.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy That Reverses Every Evil Journey
Father, by Your mercy, reverse every evil journey assigned to my destiny. Let every path of destruction be corrected. Let every demonic assignment be nullified. Let every wrong direction be turned around.
Let me not walk where the enemy wants me to walk. Let me walk where You lead.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy That Elevates
Father, by Your mercy, elevate me. Lift me from where I am to where I need to be. Lift me from obscurity to visibility. Lift me from the back to the front. Lift me from the pit to the palace.
Let Your mercy be the elevator that takes me up.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer for Mercy That Accelerates
Father, by Your mercy, accelerate my progress. Let what should take years happen in days. Let what should take months happen in weeks. Let what should take weeks happen in hours.
Let me not be slowed down by delay. Let mercy speed me up.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer Over the Before & After Testimony
Father, I have recorded my BEFORE testimony—where I am now. I have recorded my AFTER testimony—where I desire to be. Let the gap between them be closed by Your mercy.
Let my AFTER testimony become my reality. Let my BEFORE testimony become a distant memory.

### Prayer Over the Congratulations Note
Father, I have written a letter congratulating myself on my biggest win. I receive this win now. I celebrate it now. I thank You for it now.
Let this note not be wishful thinking; let it be prophetic declaration. What I have written, let it come to pass by Your mercy.

Father, I thank You for this Mercy Wednesday. I thank You that the 6th anniversary is marked by wonders by mercy, perfection by mercy, and completion by Your tender mercies.
I thank You that it is not by my power or effort, but only by mercy.
