## PART TWO: COMMENTARY FOR NSPPD MEMBERS
### Introduction: The Return to Mercy
Pastor Jerry Eze opens this service with a profound declaration: **”WE FALL AT THE FEET OF MERCY.”** This posture of falling speaks of absolute surrender, complete dependence, and total abandonment to the compassion of God. We are not standing in our own strength or righteousness; we are falling at the feet of the One who alone can save.
**”WE LAY BEFORE THE MERCY SEAT.”** The mercy seat was the cover of the Ark of the Covenant, where the blood of atonement was sprinkled. It was the place where God’s presence dwelt and where mercy was dispensed. In the New Covenant, Jesus Christ Himself is our mercy seat. When we lay before Him, we position ourselves to receive the mercy we do not deserve but desperately need.
### The Foundation of Mercy
Pastor Jerry Eze anchors this service on three foundational truths about mercy:
**1. “His mercies are new every morning.”** (Lamentations 3:22-23)
No matter what happened yesterday, today brings fresh mercy. You did not exhaust God’s compassion yesterday. You cannot exhaust it today. Every morning, mercy is renewed. Every sunrise brings a fresh supply of divine compassion.
**2. “His mercies endureth forever.”** (Psalm 136)
The refrain of Psalm 136 echoes through the ages: “His mercy endureth forever.” Not for a season. Not for a lifetime. Forever. When everything else fades, mercy remains. When everything else fails, mercy stands.
**3. “We are vessels of mercy.”** (Romans 9:23)
God has prepared us as vessels to contain and display His mercy. We are not just recipients of mercy; we are carriers of mercy. The mercy we receive is meant to flow through us to others.
### The Assurance: Mercy Never Fails
**”When everything else fails, mercy never fails.”**
– Human wisdom fails – but mercy never fails
– Physical strength fails – but mercy never fails
– Financial resources fail – but mercy never fails
– Friends and family may fail – but mercy never fails
– Health may fail – but mercy never fails
This is the anchor of our faith. When we have exhausted every other option, when we have tried every other path, when we have reached the end of ourselves—mercy is still there. Mercy never runs out. Mercy never gives up. Mercy never says “enough.”
### The God of Wonders and Evidence
Pastor Jerry Eze declares that we serve the **”GOD OF WONDERS”** and the **”GOD OF EVIDENCE.”**
– **God of Wonders** – He does things that defy natural explanation. He parts seas, raises the dead, heals the incurable.
– **God of Evidence** – He does not just promise; He performs. He does not just speak; He shows. He gives proof of His power.
When mercy meets the God of wonders and evidence, miracles happen. What seemed impossible becomes possible. What was hopeless becomes hopeful.
### The Scripture Foundation: Psalm 102:13

This is a prophetic declaration that the set time for favour has arrived. Not a random time. Not a convenient time. THE SET TIME. The time appointed by God before the foundation of the world. The time when mercy would speak. The time when favour would manifest. The time when help would arrive.

## PART THREE: THE TEN DIMENSIONS OF MERCY
### 1. MERCY For A Performance
Performance here refers to a demonstration of God’s power—a display of His glory. When mercy speaks for your performance, you are not just talking about what God can do; you are showing it. Your life becomes a stage for divine demonstration.
**Declaration:** Father, let mercy speak for a performance in my life. Let me not just talk about You; let me show Your power.
### 2. MERCY For Transition
Transition means moving from one level to another, from one season to the next, from where you are to where you need to be. Mercy facilitates transition. It opens the way when there seems to be no way.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, transition me. Move me from delay to destiny, from stagnation to acceleration.
### 3. MERCY For A Breaking Out
Breaking out is bursting forth—exploding out of limitations, breaking through barriers, shattering ceilings. Mercy empowers breakout. When mercy comes, chains break, walls fall, and doors open.
**Declaration:** Father, let mercy cause me to break out. I will not be contained by limitations.
### 4. MERCY That Wipes Bitter Tears
Bitter tears are the evidence of deep pain—loss, disappointment, betrayal, heartbreak. Mercy wipes those tears. Not just drying them, but addressing the source. Mercy brings comfort that heals.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, wipe every bitter tear from my eyes. Heal the wounds that produce them.
### 5. MERCY That Breaks Evil Reports
Evil reports are words that speak against your destiny—medical diagnoses, negative feedback, bad news. Mercy breaks the power of those reports. It does not just ignore them; it nullifies them.
**Declaration:** Father, let mercy break every evil report spoken against my life. Let Your report prevail.
### 6. MERCY That Reverses Mockery
Mockery comes when others laugh at your situation, when they scorn your struggles, when they doubt your destiny. Mercy reverses mockery. It turns the laughter of enemies into shouts of celebration for your testimony.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, reverse every mockery. Let those who laughed at me celebrate with me.
### 7. MERCY To Open New Doors
Closed doors represent stalled progress, blocked opportunities, denied access. Mercy opens doors that no man can shut. It grants access where merit fails.
**Declaration:** Father, let mercy open new doors for me. Doors of opportunity, doors of breakthrough, doors of destiny.
### 8. MERCY That Grants Access
Access is the ability to enter places you could not enter on your own. Mercy grants access to:
– The presence of God
– The right people
– The right opportunities
– The right places at the right time
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, grant me access. Let me enter doors that my qualifications could not open.
### 9. MERCY To Subdue Wickedness
Wickedness represents every force of evil that opposes your destiny—enemies, attacks, conspiracies. Mercy subdues them. It brings them under your feet.
**Declaration:** Father, let mercy subdue every wicked force against me. Let them bow to Your power.
### 10. MERCY That Causes You To Be Called By A New Name
A new name represents a new identity, a new reputation, a new destiny. When mercy speaks, shame is replaced with honour, disgrace with favour, obscurity with prominence.
**Declaration:** Father, by Your mercy, give me a new name. Let me be called what You call me.

## PART FOUR: PROPHETIC INSTRUCTIONS EXPANDED
### 1. Bring Every Negative Report to the Altar of Mercy
What negative reports are you carrying? Medical reports that speak of disease. Financial reports that speak of lack. Academic reports that speak of failure. Relational reports that speak of rejection. Bring them ALL to the altar of mercy. Lay them down. Let mercy speak over them.
**Action:** Write down every negative report you have received. Bring them physically or symbolically to the altar during prayer.
### 2. Write Your Testimony Note – As If It Has Already Happened
This is an act of faith. Write your testimony in the past tense, as though it has already occurred. For example:
– “I received my healing on March 11th, 2026.”
– “My breakthrough came during the NSPPD service.”
– “The door opened, and I walked through.”
**Action:** Take a sheet of paper and write your testimony as if it has already happened. Date it. Keep it as a record of faith.
### 3. Come Along with Your Mantle
The mantle represents your covering, your authority, your identity, and your inheritance. Keep it with you during the service. Lay your hands on it during prayer. Let it be a point of contact for impartation.
**Action:** Bring a physical cloth or handkerchief that represents your mantle. Keep it close during the service.
### 4. Send Your 6 Priority Prayer Points
Send your six most urgent prayer points to nsppdat6@streamsofjoy.org. This is a strategic act of submitting your requests to the altar of prayer. The number six is significant in this season—perhaps marking the sixth year of NSPPD or another prophetic marker.
**Action:** Prayerfully write six priority prayer points and email them as instructed.
### 5. You Cannot Afford to Be Alone
The Christian journey is not solitary. The body of Christ is interconnected. Your blessing may be tied to someone else’s breakthrough. Your miracle may come through someone else’s prayer.
**Action:** Call a friend. Send these prayer points to family members. Invite someone to watch the live stream with you. Share the fire.
### 6. Watch LIVE at 7am Nigerian Time
The 7am fire prayers are not just a broadcast; they are an altar. When you connect live, you are not just watching; you are participating. The fire that falls on the corporate altar falls on you. The declarations made by Pastor Jerry Eze are established in your life because you are connected.

### Prayer 1: Falling at the Feet of Mercy
Father, I come before You today not standing on my own merit but falling at the feet of mercy. I acknowledge that without You, I am nothing. Without Your mercy, I cannot stand. I lay before the mercy seat, trusting in Your compassion, not my deserving.
Lord, I receive Your mercy. I receive fresh mercy for this day. I receive enduring mercy that never fails.

### Prayer 2: Mercy for a Performance
Father, let mercy speak for a performance in my life. Let there be a demonstration of Your power that cannot be denied. Let my life become a stage for Your glory. Let what I have only talked about become what I now show.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer 3: Mercy for Transition
Father, by Your mercy, transition me. Move me from where I am to where I need to be. Transition me from delay to destiny. Transition me from stagnation to acceleration. Transition me from the back to the front.

### Prayer 4: Mercy for a Breaking Out
Father, let mercy cause me to break out. Break me out of every limitation. Break me out of every confinement. Break me out of every prison. I will not be contained by circumstances, by enemies, by fear. I break out NOW!

### Prayer 5: Mercy That Wipes Bitter Tears
Father, I bring before You every source of bitter tears in my life. Every loss, every disappointment, every betrayal, every heartbreak. By Your mercy, wipe these tears. Heal these wounds. Restore my joy.

### Prayer 6: Mercy That Breaks Evil Reports
Father, I bring every evil report to Your altar. Every negative diagnosis, every bad news, every word spoken against my destiny. By Your mercy, break the power of these reports. Let Your report prevail over my life.

### Prayer 7: Mercy That Reverses Mockery
Father, by Your mercy, reverse every mockery. Those who have laughed at me shall celebrate with me. Those who have scorned me shall salute me. Turn my shame into honour and my reproach into glory.

### Prayer 8: Mercy to Open New Doors
Father, by Your mercy, open new doors for me. Doors of opportunity that have been closed, swing open. Doors of breakthrough that have been locked, unlock now. Doors of destiny that have been hidden, appear now.

### Prayer 9: Mercy That Grants Access
Father, by Your mercy, grant me access. Access to Your presence. Access to the right people. Access to the right opportunities. Access to the right places at the right time. Let me enter where my qualifications could not take me.

Father, by Your mercy, subdue every wicked force against me. Every enemy, every attack, every conspiracy—let them bow to Your power. Let them be under my feet.

Father, by Your mercy, give me a new name. Let me no longer be called what my past called me. Let me be called what You call me. Let my identity be redefined by Your mercy.

Father, I bring my mantle before You. Let it be saturated with Your presence. Let it carry the fire of this altar. Let it be a point of contact for healing, deliverance, and breakthrough. As I lay hands on this mantle, let Your power flow through it.

### Prayer 13: Prayer for the 6 Priority Prayer Points
Father, I have sent my six priority prayer points to the altar. I release them into Your hands. Let every request be answered. Let every need be met. Let every prayer be granted according to Your will.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer 14: Prayer for Those Praying Alone
Father, I pray for every NSPPDian who is praying alone today. Connect them by Your Spirit. Let them not feel isolated. Let them know they are part of a global family. Let the fire falling on the corporate altar fall on them too.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
### Prayer 15: Closing Prayer
Father, I thank You for this day of mercy. I thank You that mercy never fails. I thank You that I am a vessel of mercy. I thank You that the set time for my favour has come.
I receive everything You have for me today. I leave nothing behind. I miss nothing. I take it all.
OH LORD, SHOW ME MERCY—MY CASE IS AN EMERGENCY—and You have answered.
