You can choose to obey God’s voice or the lie of the enemy

 

However, the choice is still yours when it comes to obeying God’s voice or obeying the lies of the enemy. Here again the Bible can help you, for it is an extremely practical book with truth that can be applied directly to daily situations and circumstances.

The Bible is not merely a book of “do’s” and
“don’t’s” but a book of “how to’s.” It tells you not only to avoid listening to the enemy’s falsehoods but also how you can recognize the voice of the Lord. It also reveals the blessing you will receive for obedience and the consequences of disobedience.

Then the men said to Lot, “Have you anyone else here? Son-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whomever you have in the city—take them out of this place!
(Genesis 19:12).
