The Scripture makes it clear that it is appointed unto man once to die and after death, there is judgment (Hebrews 9:27). Many people think that when they die, life has ended; they are not aware that there is life after life. Death is not the end of life but the beginning of eternity – either in heaven or in hell.

So, there is judgement. But the most serious thing is that the judgement is an inescapable one.

Remember this: God shall bring everyone and every work to judgment.

1. Live with the consciousness of the great judgment day.
2. Determine to live a life of purity and uprightness.

PRAYER: O Lord, I ask that You give me the consciousness of the inescapable judgment. Let me always live my life with a high sense of accountability, Lord, in Jesus Name.
