ODM FOR KIDS AND TEENAGERS April 28 2023

TOPIC: THERE IS NO EMPTY CUP -2

BASIC SCRIPTURE: 1 SAMUEL 16:14

Beloved, today’s basic scripture says: “But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him.” There is nothing like an empty human being. You are either carrying the spirit of God or a demonic spirit. But, how do you know if what you are carrying is a demonic spirit? When you carry a demonic spirit, you will do and say things in disobedience to the command of God. You will not only commit sin, you will actually enjoy it. This is the influence of a demonic spirit when present in a human being. It will make you do sinful things that will eventually get you destroyed just as was the case with King Saul, who continually disobeyed God until he was destroyed. So, if you find yourself wilfully committing sin and enjoying it, know that you are under the influence of a satanic spirit. Repent and ask the Holy Spirit to possess you again.

1. Oh God, forgive and rid my life of any demonic spirit
and influence in Jesus Name.
2. Oh God, make me a temple indeed, in Jesus Name.
