TEXT: ISAIAH 26:3-4.
3 Yahweh, those who trust in you, those who firmly resolve to never doubt you, you will enable them to feel perfectly peaceful.
4 So always trust in Yahweh, because Yahweh, our God, is forever like [MET] a huge rock under which we are sheltered/protected/safe
MESSAGE:
We live in a complex world hence it takes one who trusts in God to be able to live at peace with all men. Although strife is inevitable in the world, with constant dependence on God, we can know perfect peace. The wicked will always seize every opportunity to provoke the children of God. They display attitudes, character’s and behaviour that can easily cause us to distrust God. For example, several Christians dropped their guard by going to seek protection and prosperity from babalawos. Some may trust in chariots and horses, but the child of God who wants to pay the price must completely rely on God alone. Is there any situation that you are passing through that you are thinking that God is incapable of solving it? Note that nothing is impossible with God. Continue to trust him.

REFLECTION:

Trust God for the impossible.
PRAYER: Daily Walk With Christ – COCIN Devotional WEDNESDAY 7TH JUNE 2023
Lord, help me to put my complete trust in you. Amen.
MEMORY VERSE FOR THE MONTH: 1 SAMUEL 25:34.
” 34 For as surely as the LORD God of Israel lives, the one who restrained me from harming you—indeed, had you not quickly come to meet me, by dawn there wouldn’t be a single male left to Nabal.”
TODAY’S BIBLE READING: PSALMS 37-39.
