TOPIC: ATTAINING SPIRITUAL LEVELS BY FAITH BY DR PST PAUL ENENCHE

SCRIPTURE: But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Faith lifts a person spiritually from one level to another. Your faith is what determines your level per time.

Faith is a spiritual lift with which spiritual levels are changed.

The way a physical elevator would lift a person going to the top of a storey building is the way faith lifts a person spiritually from one level to another. Your faith is what determines your level per time. You can escape earthly conditions and access heavenly conditions by faith. The life of heaven on earth is possible by faith.

Sometime ago, we had a cat that could not attempt to catch a rat. When the cat saw a rat, it would reverse and run from it. But when it saw food, it would dive into it. The cat was a miscat; it was highly decatified.

On a certain day, I was given food and the cat dived towards it as usual.

Annoyed, I said to the cat in my mind something like, “Look at you, your mates are eating rats, but you are diving towards my food.”

I carried the cat, flung it and before I knew it, it hit its head on the wall. It dropped as dead as a result of head injury; its eyes were rolled up.

On seeing the cat in that condition, compassion filled my heart. I said, “O Lord, I have never killed a person before, and I did not intend to kill this cat.”

So, I took a bottle of anointing oil, anointed the head of the cat and prayed for it. Almost immediately, it opened its eyes. I thanked God for delivering me from cat murder. Immediately, I escorted it outside the compound to avoid a repetition of that episode.

Beloved, if a cat would come back to life by faith, it is also possible for a dead business, a dead womb, etc., to come back to life by faith. Cats don’t go to heaven.

If God can be interested in resurrecting a cat, He is much more interested in you and in all that concerns you.

REMEMBER THIS: Faith lifts a person spiritually from one level to another. Faith is what determines your level per time.

1. Make up your mind to climb spiritual ladders by faith.

2. Take personal responsibility to grow your faith in God.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask for the grace to access spiritual heights by faith. I receive the grace to grow my faith so I can also grow in life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
