Just Say the Word
Learning to confess God’s Word out loud is life-changing. Confession means “to say the same thing as.” It’s so important for us to say what God says—to speak His Word—not what our feelings, other people or our circumstances might tell us. And when we say what He wants us to say, we’re going to have what He wants us to have.
The Bible says that God’s Word is alive, active, and full of power (see Hebrews 4:12). And when you begin to speak His words out of your mouth, you are cooperating with Him to bring about His good plan for your life. Begin today, speaking out positive, faith-filled words over your life. Say things that line up with God’s Word and what it says about you. Believe the words you speak are “alive, active and full of power.”
