MESSAGE TOPIC: DEFINING GATES – THE BATTLE OVER TERRITORIES

SERVICE OBJECTIVES:

1. Understanding what are gates
2. Understanding the battle that rages over territories

WHAT ARE GATES?

1. Gates are meeting places for principal, relevant and valuable people of the land (Gen. 19:1; 23:10; 34:20; Deut. 21:19; 22:15; 25:7; Jer. 39:3; Dan. 2:49; Prov. 31:23)
As the seed of Abraham, possessing the enemy’s gates implies that we are to be the principal, most relevant and valuable people in the land in any area and domain

2. Gates are places of verdicts, decisions, transactions and judgment (Deut. 22:24; Ruth 4:10-11)
Nobody is permitted to decide where you worship or not worship; the earth is the Lord’s

3. Gates are places of supply, wealth and commerce (2 Kings 7:1; 2Sam. 23:15-16; Neh. 2:13; Ex. 11:3; 12:36; Prov. 13:22; Eccl. 2:26)
As the seed of Abraham, possessing the enemy’s gates implies that God desires to handover to us the marketplace of the ungodly
It is those who have the gold that make the rules
You shall possess the gates of the enemy means that we are in charge and not begging them for anything

4. Gates are places of defence and security (2Sam. 18:24; 2Chron. 26:9; Acts 12:23-24)
The enemy cannot determine our safety or survival, we are to determine their safety and survival
No wicked man is wicked enough to take you out of this life before time
Not everybody is touchable, harmable or harrassable

5. Gates are places of territorial control (Josh. 6:1; 2Sam. 19:8; Deut. 2:24-25; Dan. 10:12; 1Kings 18:22-24; 1Sam. 17:43)
When God said you are to possess the gates of your enemy, it implies that He is giving you enemy territories to control
There is battle for territorial control between the forces of light and the forces of darkness

COUNSEL:

1. Be Kingdom-purpose minded
2. Be battle conscious

PRAYERS

Father, thank You for Your Word to us today. To You be all the glory, in Jesus’ Name

Father, take me to the gates of influence and relevance in my generation, and use me as an instrument to raise people of relevance and influence in my generation, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, take me to the gates of decision. Raise me as an opinion leaders and decision maker in my generation, and help me to raise more people like that in my generation in Jesus’ Name!

Father, I make demands on the gates of resources and supply. I step in there for myself, my constituency and those I represent, in Jesus’ Name

Father, I shall never be at the mercy of the enemy. I take delivery of the gates of safety and security from the enemy. The enemy shall never determine my survival, I shall determine their survival in Jesus’ Name

Father, I apply for territorial control, I apply for territorial takeover; the devil and his children can never be in charge here, in Jesus’ Name

Father, I shall defend Your purpose in my generation, and I live in battle consciousness in my generation, in Jesus’ Name

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:

– If Jesus tarries to come, relevant men and women are destined to rise out of the Church, and they shall begin to rise now
– God is going to empower us in the spirit after this conference to determine the fate of the devil and his agents! Enough is enough
– By mysterious connections God will locate you and hand over to you wealth in the information technology realm!
– Very soon, occultic people in secret societies, whenever they take communion, that shall be their death!
– You will never be a victim of shortage or scarcity
– Every dry well or pit where the enemy kept you, you are coming out!
– I prophesy supernatural supplies; the kind of supplies that only God can give is released upon you! Excess without stress is your portion!

PRISON GATES OF THE ENEMY THAT MUST BE OPENED FOR PEOPLE TO COME OUT:

1. The prison gates of infirmity (Ps. 107:17; Luke 13:12-16)
2. The prison gates of mortality (death) (Ps. 107:18; Job 38:17; Ps. 9:13)
3. The prison gates of captivity (bondage) (Ps. 107:10-15)
This is where a life is chained or tied by one situation or the other
This is where the devil places a limit on your life; no matter the fasting and prayer done, you can’t cross a certain realm in life
This is the kind of captivity where you are almost there but never there
4. The prison gates of infertility (Job 3:9-10; Isa. 66:9)
This is where people are prevented from being fertile physically, spiritually, in the work of their hands or in business etc.
5. The prison gates of scarcity (shortage) (Isa. 45:1-3)
Whenever the devil wants to fight the vision he fights the provision
6. The prison gates of iniquity (Acts 8:23)
Iniquity is a prison

DAY 1 EVENING SESSION (OBJECTIVE: TO UNDERSTAND THE BATTLE THAT RAGES OVER TERRITORIES)

KEYS OF EXIT FROM THE ENEMY’S PRISON GATES:

1. The power of the Word (Ps. 107:20; 105:17-20)
2. The power of the prophetic ministry (pastoral or priestly ministry) (Hos. 12:13)
Your prophet takes you from where you have been to where you are meant to be
You also have the right to make demands on the results of your prophet (Isa. 8:18)
3. The power of the Blood (Rev. 12:11; Zech. 9:11; Lev. 17:11)
4. The power of praise (Ps. 107:17-22; Acts 16:25-26)
If your prison doesn’t stop your praise, your praise will open up your prison
The presence of depression is the continuity of oppression
5. The power of uprightness (Ps. 24:3-5)
Uprightness looses people but iniquity ties people

PRAYERS Dr Paul Enenche

Oh God, whatever You have in store for me in this Conference, may it not elude me, in Jesus’ Name (Prov. 23:18)

Oh God, everything You have prepared for me, may I receive them, in Jesus’ Name. (1Cor. 2:9)

Oh God, whatever will distract me today, take them away from me Lord, in Jesus’ Name

Father, thank You for bringing me to this Conference
Father, today, I must come out of this prison gate Lord, in Jesus’ Name

Father, open me up Lord and send me the revelation or insight needed to break every prison gate Lord, in Jesus’ Name!

Father, I make demands on the mantle upon Your servant; I reject sickness, bondage, scarcity and barrenness because I haven’t seen them in his life, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, by the Blood of Jesus, I reject mortality, captivity, infirmity, infertility and scarcity; I reject every agenda of satan on my life. I reject you NOW!

Father, I make demands on the grace for uprightness. If there is anything that has given the enemy permission to do wrong in my life, I ask for mercy Lord, in Jesus’ Name!

MINISTRATIONS:

– There is the breaking forth of revival that is breaking forth on individuals, churches and communities
– Fresh revelation and insight are coming forth for someone

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:

– Whatever has been growing in your life all these years, today it shall be uprooted by the power of God
– In your life and family, there shall be no loss. The mantle upon this Commission fights your battle in Jesus’ Name.
– After this conference, you will take the devil that has been terrorizing you by surprise
– In this conference, everybody trusting God for the fruit of the womb, your time has come!
– God will give you dignity for your delay in the Name of Jesus!
– Whatever diagnosis the devil has given you is reversed and cancelled. There shall be no loss in Jesus’ Name!
– Whatever the devil took from your life before you came here, I am anointed to announce, they are restored!
– Every power fighting you before you came here, before this conference is over, they shall bow!
– Everything the devil closed in your life, they are opened now!
– Anything that was deposited in your life that is a source of affliction, today it is dissolved and dematerialized!
– Every affliction that came on you suddenly, in this service, they shall also leave you suddenly!
– You will not die the way your father, mother or siblings died! Every cycle of death around your life, family and destiny is broken!
– Every prison where the devil kept you is giving way NOW by FIRE!
– If rats, rabbits and dogs can give birth to children without fertility drugs, I announce to you today, your release has arrived!
– Everyone related or associated with this Commission that the devil has called barren, today, that barrenness is broken!
– Every womb locked is hereby unlocked and every destiny closed is hereby unclosed!
– Whatever followed you from your bloodline, today, it shall be broken!
